> Received, documented, and resolved
major client complaints by using Salesforce (CRM) to track issues and worked
directly with laboratory managers to address systemic or reoccurring issues

> Performed administrative duties for ARUP Connect (online
order management) assisting clients with setup and maintenance of website
access and permissions. Provided complete end-user training for the use of
ARUP Connect.

> Educated existing and new employees to
the medical laboratory setting and developing advanced QA processes to
increase efficiency and positive reinforcement. Fields trained include
laboratory safety, specimen type recognition, test performance data,
laboratory workflow, exception handling, infectious specimen handling,
patient demographic identification, advanced problem resolution, and
laboratory quality assurance.
> Developed an advanced QA group to better
handle issues growing in volume matching overall business growth for ARUP.
> Developed and implemented the Positive Employee Issue
Tracking system to reward Specimen Processing Technicians with improving
error rates and sustained low error rates. This system was directly tied to
the productivity (monetary) bonus bringing a higher morale and drive to the
